This is a one page summary of how FranklySafe protects your data and how we use AI on it. It is written to be read in a sitting, including by the people in IT who have to sign off. For the full legal detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Where your data lives

FranklySafe runs on managed United States infrastructure. Your records sit in a Postgres database with tenant isolation enforced at the row level, so one company can never reach another company data. Access inside an account is role based: administrators see the whole program, managers see only their department and the records they create. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers.

How AI uses your data

AI is core to FranklySafe, and we treat the data it reads with care.

The tools in our stack

We keep the stack short and name every provider that can touch your data.

Vercel
Application and website hosting and serverless functions.
Supabase
Postgres database, authentication, and file storage, with row level security. The primary home of your data.
Anthropic (Claude)
AI analysis of anonymized safety records and documents.
Google (Gemini)
AI analysis and document search over anonymized content.
xAI (Grok)
AI analysis of anonymized safety records and patterns.

What we do not do

Honest limits

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is exactly where your data lives, who processes it, and how AI touches it, which is the point of this page. If your team needs deeper detail for a review, we will walk through it on a call.
